The Education Quality Improvement Project EQuIP Saint Lucia recently provided some 30 laptop devices to visually impaired students and special education teachers on the island. Of that total 16 secondary school students who are visually impaired will benefit as well as 14 teachers from the country's special needs schools. — June 2021
