The Education Quality Improvement Project, EQuIP, is drastically changing the landscape for Special Education Needs in St. Lucia. It is finally getting the priority attention it lacked for decades.


In this documentary, the Education Quality Improvement Project -funded by the Caribbean Development Bank, is bringing some much overdue attention to Special Needs Education.
